Switching gears to become a hawker specializing in fishball wasn’t a walk in the park. But come April 2014, Douglas’s first fishball stall opened at Golden Mile Food Centre. In just two years, this dish achieved a major milestone by earning a coveted spot in the Michelin Bib Gourmand Guide in 2017.
Continuing his journey, inspires him to share it globally. Douglas teaming up with GF Culinary to establish Little Red Dot in Indonesia. With a shared vision, they aspire to win over hearts across Indonesia and beyond with this culinary gem.
